This plug-in uses libheif with the AOM decoder and encoder.

well, I downloaded the zip file but there is no file inside with that name. I tried just putting the whole unzipped file in my plugins folder but it still didn’t work. Half the time I get a link to github I just don’t bother because I just never understand what I’m supposed to do with these files. Nothing makes sense! Thanks

A plugin for Adobe® Photoshop® allows users to load and save AV1 Image (AVIF) images. Users can load individual photos and save them in 8, 10, or 12 bits per channel. The latest version of the plugin uses libheif with the AOM decoder and encoder. This plugin uses Photoshop’s 16-bit and 32-bit editing capabilities. 16-bit data must be remapped to 10 or 12-bit when saving. RGB images that use 32-bits-per-channel can be saved as AVIF HDR.
